Terms of Service
Effective date: October 31, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and LeadArrived when you use the LeadArrived service or website. Please read them. By signing up, starting a pilot, or using the service, you agree to them. If you're accepting for an agency or other business, you confirm that you can bind that business. In that case, "you" means the business.
1. Who we are
LeadArrived is a service of Edge IQ Consulting, LLC d/b/a LeadArrived ("LeadArrived", "we", "us"), 117 N Cincinnati Ave., Box #182, Sperry, Oklahoma 74073. Email: [email protected].
2. What the service does
LeadArrived helps web agencies find out when a client's website contact form stops delivering messages. Once a day, at 6:00 AM Central Time, we submit a clearly labeled test entry through each form you've asked us to monitor. The form sends its notification email to your client's inbox as usual. The form is also set up to send a copy of that email (for example, as a CC or BCC) to LeadArrived's monitoring address, and we check whether that copy arrived. If a test doesn't arrive, we email you an alert. We start with Contact Form 7 on WordPress. Forms we can't test reliably, such as forms protected by a CAPTCHA, are marked "unsupported." We never try to bypass a CAPTCHA.
3. What the service doesn't do
Please understand the limits before you rely on LeadArrived:
- Checks run once a day, at 6:00 AM Central Time, not in real time. A form can break and start working again between checks. You may not hear about a failure until after the next check, and a missed test is retried at the next daily check before we send an alert.
- We can't catch every failure. A passing check means the copy of our test entry reached our monitoring address when we checked. It doesn't guarantee that the email to your client's inbox arrived there, or that every real message from every visitor was delivered, or that it reached the right person, wasn't filtered as spam on their side, or was read.
- We depend on other systems. Websites, plugins, hosting, mail servers, and our own providers can all have outages. Those can delay or prevent checks and alerts.
- Alerts are sent by email. They can be delayed, filtered, or missed like any email.
- LeadArrived doesn't fix forms. It tells you what it found. Keeping the sites working is up to you and your clients.
LeadArrived is an extra safety check. It doesn't replace your own testing, maintenance, or backups.
4. Your responsibility for permission
Our test entries are real form submissions on your clients' websites. So before you add any site, you agree that:
- you have permission from the site's owner (your client) for LeadArrived to submit test entries to its forms once a day, and for setting up the form to send a copy of its notification emails to our monitoring address
- you've told your client what will happen: test entries labeled "LeadArrived Test" will arrive in their inbox, and copies of the form's notification emails, including real messages from their visitors, will be sent to our monitoring address
- you'll remove a site, or ask us to, as soon as that permission ends
If a site owner asks us to stop, we'll stop testing that site. We may ask you to show that you have permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- add sites or forms you don't have permission to test
- use LeadArrived to send spam, overload a site, or harm anyone
- try to get around CAPTCHAs or other security on a site through our service
- try to break into, disrupt, copy, or reverse-engineer the service
- use the service in a way that breaks the law or someone else's rights
We may suspend or remove sites or accounts that break these rules.
6. Accounts and billing
- Plans. Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on our website when you sign up. Prices are in US dollars and don't include any taxes that apply.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
- Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically each month, and you'll be charged each month until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. To cancel, email us at [email protected] from your account email. Canceling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep the service until then, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds. We don't give refunds for partial months, unless the law requires it.
- Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect. You can cancel before then.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it's resolved.
- Your account. Keep your account contact details current, so alerts and billing notices reach you.
7. Free pilots
We may offer agencies a free pilot or form check. A free pilot isn't the same as the paid "Starter" plan. Its length and scope are what we agree with you by email. There's no charge and no obligation to buy. A free pilot doesn't turn into a paid plan unless you sign up for one. We may end a pilot at any time. Everything else in these terms, including sections 3, 4, and 8 through 10, applies to pilots too.
8. Data we handle while monitoring
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Real leads. Because a monitored form sends us a copy of its notification emails, real messages from that client's website visitors also reach our monitoring address along with our test entries. We don't use those messages, sell them, or share them. We don't keep the message itself, only basic delivery details for up to 30 days (see our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for telling your client this will happen (see section 4).
Sensitive forms. We don't monitor forms that collect health or medical information, financial information such as account details, or government ID numbers, unless we've agreed to it separately in writing. Don't add those forms to LeadArrived without that agreement.
Your data. You own the information you give us about your sites and clients. You let us use it only to provide and support the service. LeadArrived, our website, and our software belong to us. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. It also includes any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will detect every form failure.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We're not liable for lost leads, lost sales, lost profits, lost data, or harm to reputation. We're also not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were told they were possible.
- Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) US $100.
11. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because you ran tests on a site without permission, or because you broke these terms or the law, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
12. Suspension and ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time and cancel as described in section 6. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, if your payment fails, or if we need to in order to protect the service or others. If we end the service for reasons that aren't your fault, we'll refund any fees you prepaid for time you didn't get. Sections 8 through 11 and 14 continue to apply after the service ends.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the effective date. If a change matters for current customers, we'll email them before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and general terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts for Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
- These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the service, unless we've signed a separate written agreement with you.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
- You can't transfer your account without our written OK. We may transfer these terms if the business is sold or reorganized.
- We'll send notices to your account email. You can send notices to the contact details below.
