Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026.

This policy explains what information LeadArrived collects, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it short and plain.

Who we are

LeadArrived is a service of Edge IQ Consulting, LLC d/b/a LeadArrived ("LeadArrived", "we", "us").

LeadArrived is a business service for web agencies. It checks whether their clients' website contact forms still deliver messages.

What we collect

1. When you request a pilot on our website. The pilot form asks for:

• your agency name
• your work email
• roughly how many client sites you manage
• your main form plugin
• any notes you choose to add

The form sends these details to us by email, along with the time you submitted it. We use them only to reply to you about a pilot. We don't add you to a mailing list.

2. Your IP address, briefly, to stop form abuse. When you submit the pilot form, our form handler uses your IP address to count how many requests came from the same connection in the last 10 minutes, so it can block floods of spam. The IP address is held in temporary server memory for this count. It is not included in the email we receive, and we don't save it to a database or our own logs. Temporary memory is cleared when the server instance restarts, which normally happens within hours. If we turn on Cloudflare's short-term storage for this count, each entry deletes itself automatically after 10 minutes.

Like any website host, Cloudflare also processes IP addresses and basic request details to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.

3. When you become a customer. We collect your name, business name, email address, and billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares limited details with us, such as the card brand, the last four digits, the expiration date, and your billing address, so we can manage your account.

4. While we monitor your clients' forms. To run the service, we keep:

• the client sites and form pages you ask us to check
• the email addresses that should receive alerts
• the test entries we submit and whether each one arrived
• delivery details of the emails that reach our monitoring address

Our test entries are clearly labeled "LeadArrived Test" and contain only made-up details and a tracking code.

Real leads in the copies we receive. Because a monitored form sends LeadArrived a copy of its notification emails, real messages from your client's website visitors also reach our monitoring address. We don't use those messages for anything, and we don't sell or share them. We don't keep the message itself. We keep only basic delivery details (the sender and recipient addresses, message ID, arrival time, and email authentication results) for up to 30 days. We don't monitor forms that collect health, medical, financial, or government ID information unless we've agreed to it separately in writing. See our Terms of Service.

5. When you email us. We keep the emails you send us and our replies.

How we use information

We use it only to:

• reply to pilot requests and other messages
• provide, maintain, and support the service, including sending alerts
• bill customers and keep business, tax, and accounting records
• protect the site and service from abuse, fraud, and security threats
• follow the law

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for advertising. We don't use it to build marketing profiles.

Service providers we use

We use a small number of companies to run LeadArrived. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job for us:

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and the pilot form handler, receives the email copies sent to our monitoring address, and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free, aggregate visit statistics)
• Postmark: delivers email, including pilot-request emails and alerts
• Stripe: processes payments
• Zoho Mail: hosts our leadarrived.com mailboxes
• Google Workspace: hosts the Edge IQ Consulting mailbox that receives pilot requests
• Hetzner: provides the server that runs the scheduled form checks

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business (in which case this policy would continue to apply to the information).

Cookies, analytics, and Do Not Track

This website sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that doesn't use cookies or track you across websites. It gives us aggregate visit statistics, such as page views and how fast pages load, not profiles of individual visitors. We don't use advertising pixels or other trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact any font service.

We don't track visitors across websites, so "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals don't change anything here. There's nothing for them to turn off. We'll update this policy before that ever changes.

The pilot-request emails we send to ourselves don't use open tracking or link tracking.

How long we keep information

• Pilot requests and emails: for as long as we need them to discuss a pilot or work with you, and then as normal business records. We delete pilot and contact requests that don't lead to a customer relationship within 24 months.
• Rate-limit data (IP addresses): see item 2 under "What we collect" above. Minutes to hours.
• Customer account and monitoring records: while your account is active. We delete them within 90 days after your account ends, except for information the law requires us to keep. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Real leads in copies sent to our monitoring address: the message itself isn't kept. Basic delivery details (the sender and recipient addresses, message ID, arrival time, and email authentication results) are deleted after 30 days.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years.

How we protect information

We use reasonable, practical safeguards for a small business. The site and form use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords and keys are kept out of our code. Access to our accounts is limited. The pilot form collects only what we need. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Children

LeadArrived is a business service and isn't meant for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you
• correct it
• delete it
• stop using it for any purpose you object to, where the law gives you that right

To make a request, email [email protected] or write to the mailing address above. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address we have on file. We'll reply within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request. Sometimes we need to keep certain information, such as billing records required by law. If so, we'll tell you.

California residents. California law gives you the rights listed above. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you. We don't sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms. We don't use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Visitors outside the United States

LeadArrived is run from the United States, and our information is stored and processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate. If you contact us from another country, your information will be handled under this policy in those places.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change matters for current customers, we'll also email them before it takes effect.
