Delivery proof, not a fake pass

How LeadArrived works, in three steps. 1, Test lead sent: a scheduled check submits a clearly labeled “LeadArrived Test” through each client form. 2, Inbox confirmed: delivery is checked at the receiving inbox to confirm the test lead arrived; a thank-you message alone isn't proof. 3, Alert only on change: you're notified only when a form starts failing or is confirmed working again. Statuses are OK, Failing and Unsupported; CAPTCHA forms are marked unsupported.

Every site must be explicitly approved by the agency and its client before LeadArrived submits anything.
A clearly labeled test lead.
Name “LeadArrived Test”, subject tag [LeadArrived Test], and a unique token in the body.
Confirmed at the inbox.
LeadArrived looks for that token in the inbox the form is supposed to deliver to. A thank-you message alone isn't proof.
Honest unsupported status.
CAPTCHA-protected or unknown forms are reported as unsupported — never marked healthy by guesswork.
